Available Now: Kevin Tong’s ‘Zendikar’

 

 

In April 2016, Madrid played host to Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour, a two day tournament of the long-standing fantasy based card game. Wizards of the Coast, the company behind Magic: The Gathering, reached out to illustrator Kevin Tong to create a poster for the event.

Tong’s ‘Zendikar‘ is a stunning step into the imagined world of the game. The poster holds hidden treasures in the flora, tidbits of the game scattered throughout. For those unfamiliar with the universe of Magic: The Gathering, ‘Zendikar‘ acts as a wonderful entry point. A beautiful rendering of a lush, and magical, landscape.
