Laurent Durieux has done it again and created another absolutely stunning print, this time entering the world of J.M. Barrie for this Peter Pan piece. Laurent’s work pulls the softest of emotion from his subject, and let’s it blossom naturally.
There is no agenda to his work, no melodrama — just an ease of design as he lets the scene play out, honestly.
The print will be available from Hero Complex Gallery for $65 and I hate to say it, but I won’t be picking one up. I can’t. As my wife said, ‘Where are you going to put it?’
Our walls are full. We have no physical space left for another piece of art. Soon the mailman will be coming with even more posters that I’ve ordered in the last few weeks, but haven’t shipped.
The downside of being a collector. The collection grows to fill every crack of life. It’s a wonderful problem to have.
Here are some details of the poster and for more information check out Hero Complex Gallery —
