‘Under the Skin’ by Guillermo Berdugo

Seville, Spain’s La Galería Roja regularly hosts workshops taught by a stream of incredible artists like Guim Tió, Adrian Smith, and Paula Bonet. Recent instructor Tomer Hanuka shared a series of illustrations created by the students during his workshop, in which they were tasked with creating an alternative film poster.

For his piece, Spanish artist Guillermo Berdugo turned to Jonathan Glazer‘s 2013 film ‘Under the Skin.’ Berdugo’s portfolio is incredibly varied in style and tools — through pieces made for video games and editorial pages, to digital illustrations and paintings, Berdugo is an artist able to work in all mediums with equal ability. His take on ‘Under the Skin‘ is a fun distillation of a quiet yet complex film.
