The images of Nebraska based illustrator Eric Nyffeler are immediate and striking. Each poster built of simple objects, locked into the paper. Incredible puzzles. Nyffeler works from concept out, elaborating idea and mood through smart color choices and use of handmade textures and forms.
Starting in the world of gig posters, Nyffeler worked under the name ‘Doe Eyed‘ until early 2016, when he took his career into a more editorial direction. Still, the discipline of creating 18″ x 24″ screenprinted posters sharpened his voice. His illustrations are clear and articulate. They smile. Hug. High five. They move.
