Illustrator Dan Mumford has announced a second edition printing of his seminal design for the Gallows album ‘In the Belly of a Shark‘ with a quick edition of 50 going on sale Thursday May 22nd. The companion piece ‘Abandon Ship‘ will be up in Mumford’s store with ‘In the Belly of a Shark,’ with an edition of 50 as well.
Mumford’s ‘In the Belly of a Shark’ has long been one of my most sought after prints — it captures the chaotic and snarling sounds of Gallows while bringing Mumford’s incredible color palette and amazing compositional sense to your eyeballs. It’s a swirling mass of anger and manic beauty.
