The work of UK based illustrator Dan Mumford is evolving — moving forward. He’s constantly challenging himself in his work and his latest print is one of his best yet.
In composition ‘Thalassa‘ reads like a Baroque era bust of an Old God. Here Thalassa the sea goddess is serene and poised. Mumford’s work is usually full of bold and vibrant color, both fun and aggressive, but here there’s a sophisticated touch to the coloring.
He’s kept his style in tact while going outside of the death metal inspired work he’s known for.
‘Thalassa’ is available at Dan’s Shop as a three pack or individual prints.
The posters are A3 in size (16.5″ x 11.7″), high quality digital print on 300 gsm recycled card, each print is stamped, signed and numbered, the edition of this print is 35. Each print is £25.00 or the set of three is £60.00.
